While uploading some additional files into a collection, I've received the following message. "Item does not have metadata."
I have signed in/out multiple times, including clearing my browser cookies etc,. and the error still shows. I would appreciate any help.

it is likely the server was temporarily read only. you should be able to access the metadata now. please let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks for your reply, Jeff. I have checked the edit page and this message is still showing.
I had uploaded a file and once completed, I clicked to save changes and the error occurred.
I have removed any temp/cache files and browser cookies, including testing with another computer and the message still shows with my account.
It seems the only way around this problem would be to request the files/page be deleted, and I could re-upload and start again?
you should not have an access issue. i logged in as your account and was able to access the edit item metadata page with no issues. you can upload again if you want but the issue is not with the item or your account.
I have tried 3 separate computers in total, and the problem still shows with my account. It appears you having admin controls
are able to bypass a restriction which blocks me from entering the edit page, resulting in "Item does not have metadata."
Would it be possible for you to delete the files/page Jeff, or should requests be made elsewhere on the site? Thanks for helping.
